Weidenhammer Names Maryniak Vice President
Wyomissing, PA – April 7, 2011 - (Reading, PA) Weidenhammer Systems Corporation (Weidenhammer), a provider of leading-edge information technology solutions for the commercial and education marketplace, has promoted Fred W. Maryniak to Vice President of Human Resources.
In this position, he is responsible for the firm’s recruiting, hiring, benefits management, and all human resource management activities. He is also responsible for facilities management at the Wyomissing Office.
Maryniak joined Weidenhammer in 1994 as Manager of Human Resources, and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2000. Prior to joining Weidenhammer, Maryniak served as Group Personnel Manager at Lutron Electronics, Coopersburg. He started his career in human resources with Gilbert Associates, where he also held a number of management positions.
A native of Reading, Maryniak is a graduate of the University of Dayton, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. He has completed additional management studies through Penn State University and Michigan State University. Maryniak currently resides in Kenhorst.
