Weidenhammer Financial Support

Weidenhammer's Support Center provides toll-free, rapid response to software questions for all of our education clients. We utilize an advanced call tracking system that allows us to track, by customer, every incoming call, all questions and responses. This system allows us to quickly react to questions, review any recent calls by contact name, and share information between team members on outstanding questions and issues.

Each of our client groups has its own toll-free number to use when contacting the Support Center. This allows our Call Coordinators to recognize if the call is for SASI, CIMS or Weidenhammer Financial support. The Weidenhammer Financial toll-free number is 800-245-7895; the local number is 610-378-8632.

If you are placing a new call, our Call Coordinators will ask you to provide the following information:

  • District name
  • Your name
  • Product information
  • Description of problem
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
After gathering this information, the Call Coordinator provides a call number. We recommend that you write down this number because you will be asked for it if you call the Support Center to check on the status of the call. Providing the number expedites your service.
