Challenges
Clover Farms was experiencing service issues with their Wide Area Network (WAN) connecting their production and sales locations. The WAN circuits were experiencing outages on a regular basis and this was impacting response and quality of service to their customers. In addition, Clover had an aging WAN and voice environment that was reaching end of support and lifecycle.
Solutions
Weidenhammer provided a solution for Clover Farms that enabled their employees to work productively and securely across their 3 locations.
Weidenhammer designed a solution to leveraging a Cisco Meraki Software Designed Network (SDWAN) that provided twice the bandwidth for data and voice. The solution provided redundancy and bandwidth to enable high availability for voice and data to increase productivity and customer response.
Weidenhammer upgraded their Cisco Voice solution that was reaching end of its life cycle to Cisco Webex Calling. The solution provides rich calling and collaboration services with very little on-premises infrastructure. It is extremely well-suited to an organization like Clover who wants to continue to provide first class collaboration capabilities while simultaneously lowering both capital and operations expenditures.
This solution provided redundancy and bandwidth to enable high availability for voice and data to increase productivity and customer response and was self-funded through the saving on their old TELCO circuits.
Results
Clover experienced an ROI is less than 2 years on TELCO circuit cost alone. In addition, Clover receives benefits for a robust and redundant WAN and Collaboration infrastructure that will allow them to provide a high level of customer response and service which will future enhance revenues and keep their drinks flowing!
